Motivate has more than 30 editorial titles across print and digital and a diverse range of contract publishing products, as well as a celebrated books division, content provision, events management, and leading cinema advertising business, Motivate Val Morgan.

Neil King

Having cut his teeth at various newspapers and magazines in his native UK, Neil King came to Dubai in 2012, where he has served as editor of some of the region’s leading business publications. He joined Motivate in January 2016 as editor of the respected and long-running Gulf Business magazine.

Mark Beer became CEO of DIFC's Dispute Resolution Authority upon its establishment in 2014, having been CEO and Registrar of the DIFC Courts since 2009. Mark has worked to advance the reach and reputation of the Courts, helping to turn it into an internationally revered judiciary. Mark is also a former Chairman of the British Business Group – one of the largest and most active business groups in the GCC with more than 2,000 individuals representing over 400 companies. He was awarded Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in Queen Elizabeth II’s 2013 Birthday honours list.

Having founded leading private equity firm, The Abraaj Group in 2002, Arif Naqvi is recognised as a pioneer of growth markets investing. His company has 17 offices worldwide, with regional hubs in Dubai, Istanbul, Mexico City, Nairobi, and Singapore. He also established the largest private social sector enterprise in Pakistan, the Aman Foundation, and has been awarded the Oslo Business for Peace Award as well as the Sitara-i-Imtiaz – a civilian honour bestowed by the Government of Pakistan.

Dr. Amina Al Rustamani

One of the Arab world’s most influential business leaders, Dr Al Rustamani leads TECOM Group, the developer and operator of over 12 business communities across Dubai. She championed the development of a number of vibrant destinations in Dubai including the region’s media hub “Dubai Media City”, the first design dedicated community Dubai Design District (d3), and the multi sector Dubai Wholesale City.
